DFI Educational Trust Awards 12 Women in Deep Foundations Professional Development Grants in 2026

The DFI Educational Trust has awarded 12 Women in Deep Foundations (WiDF) Professional Development Grants to women working in the geotechnical industry. The recipients are invited to attend the DFI 51st Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida, November 2–5. Each $1,750 grant includes complimentary conference registration and covers related expenses for attending the conference.

The grants are being presented during the conference at the DFI WiDF Committee Annual Networking Reception on Monday, November 2, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

DFI’s Women in Deep Foundations Committee is comprised of women and men who are advocates for retaining women in the geotechnical design and construction industry. The goal of the committee is to foster greater success and interest of professional women in the industry by promoting networking events, endorsing outreach and building mentoring relationships.
